SVEP, the Swedish heat pump association, is an independent branch organisation and the official information channel for heat pumps for the general public, authorities, organisations and decision makers in Sweden.
Naturally, Thermia, with its many years of experience and branch-leading position, is a member of SVEP. The purpose of the association is to secure consumer interests when investing in a heat pump and help the development of the industry.
SVEP works together with authorities and institutions, establishes and distributes impartial information, acts as a sounding board in discussions, produces statistics, provides training and certification of heat pump installation technicians and works with guarantees in co-operation with the Swedish Consumer Agency.
Thermia is also member of European Heat Pump Association (EHPA) which represents the interests of the European heat pump industry on the international level.
