Control and monitor while you are away
Using the Thermia Online accessory you can control and monitor your heat pump remotely, using any computer with an internet connection anywhere. Your Thermia retailer will be happy to tell you more about which Thermia heat pumps can be equipped with this technology. You can also have a practical demonstration.
The program makes communication between the heat pump system and computer
possible in real time. If you are away from home, you can reduce the indoor
temperature for the duration and raise the temperature via the internet just before you go home. Other values can be stored in a database as documentary history. For a greater overview, a résumé can be obtained in diagram form.
Extra security and comfort with Thermia Online
As an extra reassurance, Thermia Online sends you – or your installer – an alarm via SMS or e-mail if there is a fault. The program also allows your heat pump installer to carry out certain service work remotely. Simple, comfortable and safe.
