Thermia Robust comes with a network connection for the internet as standard. This means you can use both the integrated web server, enabling real-time control of the unit, and the mobile app for optimal monitoring and control.
Once you have loaded the app, you will have all your Robust units available in the same place. This gives you a brief overview and you can instantly see if any unit alarm is triggered.
The app has three different overview levels:
1. The first overview simply indicates whether any alarms have been triggered.
2. The next step provides status information for each individual unit.
3. If you require more in-depth information at heat pump level, you can obtain a more detailed description of how each heat pump is operating at the third level.
