Information about log-in
To be able to log in to remote access, you must first select your type of system. There are three different types to choose from; simply click the button that applies to your system.
If you are unsure about which option to choose, you can experiment by logging in to the different systems – you will only be able to log in to the system that is right for what you have installed. You will receive an error message for the other systems.
Thermia Online
Login for Onlinesystems that were set up in or after October 2012. Login is done either via the login page on the internet, or using the app. In this system, the heat pump is connected directly to the internet – either through an existing internet connection in the property or via a separate 3G/4G modem that provides internet access. With this system, the internet connection used for Online can be used for other data traffic at the same time.
Thermia Online
Login for Onlinesystems that were set up before October 2012. You will have to log in to this system using the internet login page (there is no app supporting this system). This version of Online is connected to the Online server via its own mobile connection, which is designed exclusively for the heat pump's data traffic.
Thermia Robust
Login for remote access to "Robust"
